Adminly policies

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Adminly handles information submitted through this website, including the IT Risk Score assessment and direct contact requests.

Information you provide

The IT Risk Score form asks for a work email address, company name, team and location counts, and high-level answers about IT coverage, Microsoft 365, multi-factor authentication, devices, backups, and documentation. Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, device serial numbers, client records, or other sensitive information through this form.

How the assessment uses your information

Your answers are used to calculate and display a directional IT Risk Score and cost comparison. When you check the consent box and submit the form, Adminly sends your email address to its website platform to record your request for follow-up. The form endpoint does not intentionally include your company name or assessment answers in that follow-up notification.

Service providers and contact

Adminly uses its website platform to operate this site and process the opt-in email request. Adminly may use the information you provide to respond to your request, discuss the assessment, and provide relevant service information. For privacy questions or to request removal of an opt-in email, contact Adminly through the contact section of this website.

Changes to this policy

Adminly may update this policy as the website or services change. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
